Southwest Initiative Foundation - Age-Friendly Communities

An assessment of the needs of aging residents in southwest Minnesota. A multi-method data collection approach was used, including: literature review, analysis of demographic and resident health data, an online survey of professionals and community residents, and interviews with key stakeholders.
