What We Offer

Early childhood education with preschool and care for children ages 16 months to five years.

Supporting the health and independence of adults to age and be cared for in community. We offer Meals on Wheels, Caregiver Services, Caregiver Respite with Wilder Connect, Wellness Classes, Customized Living Services and more healthy aging and caregiving supports and resources.

Helping the community heal and grow with outpatient mental health and wellness services for children, adults and families as well as addiction and substance use disorder services for adults at the Wilder Community Mental Health & Wellness Clinic located in Saint Paul, MN. We also offer school-based mental health programs in select schools in Saint Paul and beyond.

Current Wilder clients and participants can apply for financial assistance to pay rent or a mortgage for their home by applying to join the Direct Housing Assistance Program at the Wilder Foundation.

Participants join Wilder through the county's coordinated access to housing and shelter. Wilder supports each participant and their family with Supportive Housing Services that includes finding safe and affordable housing and flexible and responsive services that help them address and overcome challenges.
