Celebrating 10 Years of Impact in the Community and at the Capitol!

Community Equity Programming is a catalyst for transformative change, empowering community members to lead, advocate, and reimagine Minnesota’s legislative landscape. Through immersive experiences like the 9-month Community Equity Program and the accelerated Community Equity Crash Course, individuals gain the tools, knowledge, and networks to influence policy, challenge systemic inequities, and build lasting community power. Our graduates are reshaping the future as legislators, mayors, nonprofit leaders, and trailblazing advocates.
