Description
The Shared Social Work Project was coordinated by the Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Department and Intermediate District 287. It was designed to build a bridge between the county and school districts to improve access to services for students and their families. The evaluation describes the program, participant experiences, and program accomplishments.
