Tiffany Scott Knox Named Director of Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood
The Saint Paul Promise Neighborhood Initiative is thrilled to announce that Tiffany Scott Knox has been selected as its next Director. Tiffany will begin her work on Monday December 2nd.
For the past three and a half years, Tiffany has led the United Way of the Twin Cities’ work on economic opportunity as a Program Officer and as Community Engagement Program Manager. This work has included investments in career pathways that provide meaningful wages for individuals and families, and partnering with organizations to help individuals set and meet their financial goals. Her work has emphasized community partnerships and collaboration, equity, and innovation.
Prior to the United Way, Tiffany worked at the Science Museum of Minnesota, HealthPartners, LifeSource, and American Family Insurance, with positions in human resources, diversity/equity/inclusion, multicultural marketing, and community relations. She has a BA from Concordia University, and a Masters in Strategic Leadership and an MBA, both from Bethel University.

Tiffany is proud to be a lifelong Minnesotan. She serves on multiple community and nonprofit boards. Outside of work, Tiffany is a Marvel, Yoda and 007 enthusiast as well as a self-proclaimed foodie. She loves to explore the Twin Cities with her two rock-star kids and husband.
